You may return new, non-used, unopened items within 30 days of delivery date. Please note that we have a 20% re-stocking fee, all parts must be in re-sellable condition. If you ordered an incorrect item, or the error was on the customers part, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. However we will pay the return shipping costs if there was an error on our behalf (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) All returns must follow with an approved RMA#. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please note that some orders may not be available for tracking through the website because of the shipping methods, item weight and/or price of order. As always you can contact us and we will assist you with your order.
Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information and order processing information to be available AFTER you have received your confirmation e-mail that your order has been shipped. Orders could possibly be shipped from multiple locations.

Upgrading to Second Day Air doesn’t change how long it takes us to ship products. It only reduces the time traveled after leaving our office. For example, an out of stock part might take two or more days to leave our place, but then it would guaranteed by the shipper to arrive in two business days.
Truck Freight Shipments:
Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a quote. The usual shipping charge for freight service costs between $45 to $90 dollars. Please include your phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule the delivery to be made at you’re convenience. It’s best if you can arrange a drop off at a commercial location. Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.

Orders over 10 pounds:
Orders over 10 lbs are subject to additional shipping charges. We will charge the actual UPS shipping charge to packages that are in excess of 10 lbs.
Special Order parts that are not in Stock can take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to get in. Because it’s a Special Order, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order. Please note, returns will be subject to a 30% Manufacturer's restocking charge.
