Pronto Mowers has more than 50 years in the outdoor power equipment industry, selling, servicing, and doing warranty for a wide range of chainsaws manufactured by major brands.

Orders are shipped USPS (First-Class Mail), USPS (Priority Mail). If you need faster service, select USPS (Priority Mail) or FedEx (Priority Overnight). Please note that faster shipping is just that. It will only reduce the shipping time, doesn't change how long it takes us to ship products. It only reduces the time traveled after leaving our office. Our handle time is usually 48 hours. For example, an out-of-stock part might take two or more days to leave our place, but it would be guaranteed by the shipper to arrive in two business days.
All available shipping methods and shipping charges will be calculated and available on the shopping cart. Once you have moved into the checkout process, your shipping methods may change depending on the destination and address.
All ship and delivery dates specified on our website are estimates only and are subject to change. We will not be responsible for delays by the carrier. Risk of loss and title to ordered items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
(*) Additional charges will be placed for orders with size or weight exceptions. We indicate those affected items with the statement "Oversize" and charge fixed shipping only for those items. Special discounted flat rates for our commercial and dealer customers. Login to your account to see.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use correctly.
6. Returns and refund
You may return new, non-used, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that we have a 20% re-stocking fee. All parts must be in re-sellable condition. If you ordered an incorrect item, or the error was on the customer's part, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if there was an error on our behalf (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) All returns must follow with an approved RMA#. Please note that we cannot accept any returns on "Pumps, Motors, Electrical Items, & Transmissions" at this time, whether the product is used or new. Part numbers are also subject to change at any moment, such as superseded part numbers, etc.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
